UniversalDentalSupply is registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program.

All orders are shipped by UPS ground. Shipping is free for orders at $200.00 and above.  Below that amount, a $10.00 fee will be charged; additional charges may be added for special delivery requests, one day air, and hazardous material shipments.  Residents of New York State will add 8 per cent sales tax to their total order. 

Price Policy

We will endeavor to maintain price stability for all our products, but we reserve the right to make adjustments in response to manufacturer actions.

Return Policy

To return products, the purchaser must meet the following criteria:

* Returned products must have been purchased within the previous 30 days;

* All products must be returned in their original package or container, in clean and resalable condition;

* Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, including a written description of the problem or error;

*  Special order items are not returnable;

*  Shortages or any error in the shipment must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.

If you have purchased a product which you believe is defective or does not perform as intended, we will provide you with a credit, exchange, or refund as per our refund policy above.

 

 Cancellation Policy

 Notice of cancellation of an order must be received through the Contact Us system within 48 hours of the order being placed.  We reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee for requests received after that time.
